These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wnlbd, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services available on our platform. By registering an account or continuing to use wnlbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

wnlbd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1. Eligibility

To register and use wnlbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy any one of these conditions will result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wnlbd strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or placing any wager.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of wnlbd or any of its associated group companies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any other person when registering or using your account.

wnlbd may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified deadline may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with wnlbd. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading personal details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

• Provide a valid email address that you actively monitor.
• Create a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party.
• Notify wnlbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. wnlbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. All bets placed from your account are deemed to have been placed by you personally.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

wnlbd supports a range of payment methods designed for Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wnlbd does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments made on behalf of another person.

Deposit Policy

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes under normal operating conditions. wnlbd reserves the right to request documentary verification of the source of funds before crediting any deposit that exceeds ৳50,000 or is deemed unusual.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. To qualify for withdrawal, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with your account balance or active bonuses. Withdrawal processing times are typically as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others: 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• wnlbd may impose withdrawal limits and may hold withdrawal requests for security review. You will be notified of any such hold via your registered email address.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wnlbd offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed identity verification (KYC) and are aged 21 or above.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are non-transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be converted to cash without meeting the applicable rollover conditions.
• wnlbd reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation.

Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally entitled to participate in promotional offers, subject to their individual eligibility status and account standing.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnlbd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using funds obtained through illegal means to fund your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion or match-fixing, including sharing information with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Registering or operating more than one account under any name, email address, device, or household.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wnlbd platform's software, algorithms, or security systems.

wnlbd employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and financial institutions to identify and report suspicious activity. All accounts flagged for prohibited activities will be reviewed and may be permanently closed without the right to appeal in cases of proven breach.

6. Responsible Gaming

wnlbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We encourage all users to set personal deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion where necessary. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from wnlbd without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of wnlbd intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wnlbd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or any other intangible losses.

wnlbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. wnlbd will communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible.

10. Amendments to Terms

wnlbd may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming and e-commerce law. In the event of a dispute between you and wnlbd, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration. wnlbd does not make specific jurisdictional claims; players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
